Defective Products or Errors in Specification
In the event that You are shipped defective Products or Products that do not match the Product specification at the time You placed Your order We may issue a refund or send You a replacement Product, on the following terms:

You must notify us of the defect by email to leafhometrade@gmail.com within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the goods, citing the order number for the product and a description of the nature of the defect or an error in the description.
We may ask you to email us pictures of the defective product or even return the product to us before action can be taken. If we determine that we have indeed shipped a defective product or have used an inappropriate product specification, we may refund the cost of the product or replace the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unused Products
You may return any unused and unopened Product purchased from Us for any reason and will be refunded for the price of the returned Product, on the following terms:

To initiate a return You must first specifying the number of Your order and the Product You wish to return. Having received and reviewed Your return request, upon return approval, We will issue You a specify the return address (which shall be the shipping location wherefrom the Products was shipped to You).
Returned Product must be intact and in its original unbroken packaging. We do not accept returns of Products that have been opened or used. Opened or used Products are non-refundable.Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to reject at Our sole discretion any return that does not comply with these return requirements. For approved Product returns We will credit the refund amount using the payment method that You used to pay for the returned Product.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
